YMCA of Chicago Selects Check Point Connectra
The YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago has over 65 locations along with 100 plus extension sites throughout the Chicago, Illinois area. Furthermore, YMCA manages childcare sites in churches and schools as well as after-school programs in Chicago public schools. While a non-profit, the organization has the same kind of intra-communication needs as any for-profit company. With the growing proliferation of tele-commute workers and with the organization needing to find a way to connect remote sites that were not on the Wide Area Network, the YMCA turned to Check Point Connectra, a complete Web security gateway.
