Vulnerability Details
The vulnerability is due to an error in the way the application improperly restricts the path loading of dynamic link library (DLL) files. A remote attacker may exploit this vulnerability by enticing a target user to open a legitimate .eml or .wcinv file that is located in the same network directory as a specially crafted dynamic link library (DLL) file. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to take complete control over an affected system.
