Vulnerability Description
A remote code execution vulnerability has been reported in Adobe Flash Player. The Adobe Flash Player is a multimedia and application player that renders Shockwave Flash (SWF) files. A remote attacker may exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on an affected system.
Update/Patch Available
Adobe has released an advisory to address this vulnerability. 
Vulnerability Details
The vulnerability is due to insufficient verification of segment data by the Adobe Flash Player. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by enticing a user to download and view a malicious Flash file. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could cause a crash and potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system.

Protection Overview
This protection will detect and block malformed Adobe Flash files that contain ActionScript.

In order for the protection to be activated, update your Security Gateway product to the latest IPS update. For information on how to update IPS, go to SBP-2006-05Protection tab and select the version of your choice.

To configure the defense, select your product from the list below and follow the related protection steps.

How Can I Protect My Network?
1. In the IPS tab, click Protections > By Protocol > IPS Software Blade > Application Intelligence > Adobe Products.
2. In the right pane, double-click the Adobe Flash Player ActionScript callMethod Code Execution (APSA11-02) protection.
3. In the Protection Details window, click on Edit. Choose the protection's Action (Override IPS Policy with: Prevent/Detect), and apply Additional Settings
4. Install policy on all modules.

How Do I Know if My Network is Under Attack?

How Can I Protect My Network?
1. In the IPS tab, click Protections > By Protocol > Application Intelligence > Adobe Products.
2. In the right pane, double-click the Adobe Flash Player ActionScript callMethod Code Execution (APSA11-02) protection.
3. In the Protection Details window, click on Edit. Choose the protection's Action (Override IPS Policy with: Prevent/Detect), and apply Additional Settings
4. Install policy on all modules.
