Vulnerability Details
The flaws are due to insufficient input validation when the Oracle Secure Backup processes NDMP requests. Remote unauthenticated attackers can exploit these vulnerabilities by sending specially crafted requests to the affected interface. Successful exploitation will create a denial of service condition, causing the service to terminate abnormally.

Protection Overview
This protection will detect and block malformed NDMP requests sent to an affected server.
