Vulnerability Description A code execution vulnerability exists in Cisco WebEx Player.
Vulnerability DetailsThe vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of values in certain record Types while processing WebEx Recording Format (WRF) files. A remote attacker may exploit this issue by enticing a target user to open a specially crafted WRF file. Successful exploitation will allow attackers to execute arbitrary code on the target host.

  1. In the IPS tab, click Protections and find the Cisco WebEx Player ATDL2006.dll Heap Memory Corruption protection using the Search tool and Edit the protection's settings.
  2. Install policy on all modules.
