Vulnerability Description
A directory traversal vulnerability has been reported in Oracle WebCenter Forms Recognition.
Vulnerability Details
The vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of parameters used in certain methods in the CroProj.dll ActiveX control. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by enticing a target user to visit a specially crafted web page. Successful exploitation can lead to arbitrary code execution within the security context of the target user's browser.

  1. In the IPS tab, click Protections and find the Oracle WebCenter Forms Recognition ActiveX Control Arbitrary File Creation protection using the Search tool and Edit the protection's settings.
