Who is Vulnerable?
HP Intelligent Management Center UAM 5.x
A stack buffer overflow vulnerability has been reported in HP Intelligent Management Center.
The vulnerability is due to lack of validation of a string passed to a certain function. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted messages to the affected server. Successful exploitation could result in arbitrary code execution.
This protection will detect and block attempts to exploit this vulnerability.
