Vulnerability Description
A stack buffer overflow vulnerability has been reported in HP Intelligent Management Center.
Vulnerability Details
The vulnerability is due to lack of validation of a string passed to a certain function. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted messages to the affected server. Successful exploitation could result in arbitrary code execution.

  1. In the IPS tab, click Protections and find the HP Intelligent Management Center uam.exe Stack Buffer Overflow protection using the Search tool and Edit the protection's settings.
  2. Install policy on all modules.
