|Who is Vulnerable?|| Apache Software Foundation HTTP Server mod_rpaf 0.5 |
|Vulnerability Description||A denial of service vulnerability has been reported in Apache's HTTP Server.|
|Vulnerability Details||The vulnerability is caused due to an error while processing certain http headers. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted HTTP requests to a target. Successful exploitation will lead to a Denial-of-Service condition on the apache server.|
This protection will detect and block attempts to exploit this vulnerability.
In order for the protection to be activated, update your product to the latest update. For information on how to update , go to SBP-2006-05, Protection tab and select the version of your choice.
- In the IPS tab, click Protections and find the Apache HTTP Server mod_rpaf Denial of Service protection using the Search tool and Edit the protection's settings.
- Install policy on all modules.
