| Vulnerability Description A memory corruption vulnerability has been reported in Apple QuickTime. |

Vulnerability Details The vulnerability is due to an error in the way Apple QuickTime processes specially crafted PICT files. A remote attacker can exploit this issue by enticing a target user to open a specially crafted PICT file. Successful exploitation would allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target. |
