Vulnerability Description
An information disclosure vulnerability has been reported in Novell ZENworks Asset Management.
Vulnerability Details
The vulnerability is due to hard coded credentials in certain functions. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted requests to the target. Successful exploitation could allow access to the file system with SYSTEM privileges.

How Can I Protect My Network?

  1. In the IPS tab, click Protections and find the Novell ZENworks Asset Management Web Console Information Disclosure protection using the Search tool and Edit the protection's settings.
  2. Install policy on all modules.
