Who is Vulnerable?
NetMechanica NetDecision 4.6.1 and prior
Multiple directory traversal vulnerabilities have been reported NetDecision NOCVision.
The vulnerabilities are due to a directory traversal bug in NetDecision's TrafficGrapherServer.exe service. A remote attacker can exploit this issue by sending a specially crafted request to the target. Successful exploitation would allow an attacker to download files from the software's installation folder.
This protection will detect and block malicious requests sent to the server.
In order for the protection to be activated, update your product to the latest update. For information on how to update , go to SBP-2006-05, Protection tab and select the version of your choice.

How Can I Protect My Network?
- In the IPS tab, click Protections and find the NetDecision NOCVision Server Directory Traversal protection using the Search tool and Edit the protection's settings.
- Install policy on all modules.
