Who is Vulnerable?
GE Proficy Cimplicity 7.5.
A directory traversal vulnerability has been reported in GE Intelligent Platforms Proficy.
The vulnerability is due to insufficient input sanitization, which permits directory traversal. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted request to an affected server. Successful exploitation may allow an attacker to retrieve or view arbitrary files from the affected target server.
This protection will detect and block attempts to exploit this vulnerability.
