Should you wish to travel and see some of the country, there
are several tours available. The most popular is a tour of

of the Jewish, Christian and Muslim religions.
Tours of Jerusalem leave almost daily from the above hotels and costs approximately $56. The Crowne Plaza Hotel has a complimentary tour which they offer their business guests. A luxury coach or car (depending on how many guests sign up for the tour) will arrive at the hotel first thing Saturday morning for a day-long tour, well worth the weekend stay.
Other tours available are down South to the Desert. Ein Gedi, an oasis of fresh water springs, waterfalls, pools and tropical vegetation. Continuing on to float in the Dead Sea the lowest place on earth, and filled with invigorating minerals. Lastly, for the more fit traveler, a climb up Masada offers a truly rewarding view (an elevator is available should you require one).
Also recommended is the North. Nazareth, where Jesus lived as a child (Recommended to Pilgrims) Tiberias, where you can dip in the Sea of Galilee or soak in the towns famous natural hot springs.
