When does the Check Point Experience Conference start?
The Phuket conference begins on Monday, July 7 with a welcome reception for all customers and partners (beginning 6:00pm). Registration opens at 6 p.m. on Monday, July 7. The main conference starts Tuesday, July 8 at 9:00am.
What is the cost of the Check Point Experience Conference?
For your convenience, we have negotiated a package deal that includes conference registration, meals (breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks) and two nights stay at Hilton Phuket Hotel for July 7 and 8. This package is $700.

Co-op

Can I use Co-op funds to attend the event?

Yes. If you pre-register, partners and distributors can get a $300 Co-op allowance for this event for each employee and end user that you wish to sponsor. Silver and Bronze partners and your end user guests can be sponsored by the regional MDF fund. To get this $300 allowance, please enter the promotional code: CPX08COOP within "Discount Code" on the "Summary and Payments" page during online registration.

The $300 is a fee that will be directly discounted at the time you or your customer registers. No additional reimbursements apply, so no claims are required in 2008. You can not use co-op if you register on-site the day of the event. There is no limit to the number of end user guests that a Check Point partner or distributor can sponsor through Co-op.

Can I use Co-op to cover Conference expenses beyond the approved allowance?
No.
Do I need to open a Co-op project for the approved allowance?
No. Please use the above discount codes in the discount field during the online registration process so that you get the appropriate allowance. If you do not have enough funds in H2 2008, it will be charged to H1 2008.
Do I need to file a claim after the event?
No. Since no additional reimbursements apply, no claims are required.

How do I register?
Registration is now closed for this event.
May I register on site?
On-site registration is subject to availability. The Co-op allowance will not apply to on site registrations
What is the Check Point Experience Conference cancellation policy?
Conference cancellations received up to two weeks prior to the event are 50 percent refundable. No refunds can be made less than two weeks before the first day of the event. To be eligible for a 50 percent refund, cancellations must be submitted to CPX-registration@checkpoint.com. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the conference.
May more than one person from the same company attend the Check Point Experience 2008 Conference?
Yes, but each person must register individually.
Will I receive an invoice for my registration?
Yes, you will receive an invoice for your registration (including hotel stay) from Check Point approximately 2 weeks after the event.

What are the hotel details?

Check Point has negotiated discounted hotel rates at the conference venue. Please consult the travel page for special rates and cut-off date information. As part of the registration package for customers and partners, Check Point will prepay for two nights hotel stay (including breakfast), July 7th and 8th. These will show as credits on your final bill at check out. NOTE: You will automatically be booked at the hotel for nights of 7 and 8 July when you register. No need to reserve hotel separately.
