Additional Upgrade Utilities All the essential upgrade tools and utilities for licensing, verification, backup, and more are included with the NGX Upgrade Pack, but here are some more tools to ensure a smooth and successful upgrade.

NGX Upgrade UtilitiesCheck Point NGX upgrade tools and utilities for versions R60 and R61 on all platforms, including the Web Visualization Tool and documentation. CPutilAlong with VPN-1/FireWall-1 v4.1 SP2 (or higher), CPutil is required to upgrade a remote Check Point Node from version 4.1 via SmartUpdate. CPinfoCPinfo is an information-collecting tool for Check Point Support to assist you should you need additional help. This toll does not make any changes to your systems and produces a partially readable output file containing compressed and encoded files. CPcleanCheck Point clean-up utility for Microsoft Windows platforms. Opsec_putkeyConfigures CPRID keys on the Management Server for SecureUpdate's use during remote upgrades. Also used as an alternative to CPUtil when CPutil is not installed on the Management Server.
