Check Point Software Appoints Hagi Schwartz Chief Financial Officer

Redwood City, CA —

Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd., the market share and technology leader in network security software, today named Hagi Schwartz chief financial officer. Schwartz will assume financial reporting and control responsibility for the company, and will be based at the company's international headquarters in Ramat-Gan, Israel.

Schwartz joins Check Point from Mercury Interactive, where he spent more than five years, serving as acting chief financial officer and controller. Prior to that, Schwartz was controller at Lannet Data Communications Ltd. Before Lannet, he served as senior auditor for Somekh-Chaikin, a major public accounting firm in Israel.
