Highlights include the ability to set global security policies, a significant increase in management scalability and several capabilities to simplify complex administrative tasks. With Provider-1 2000's new global policy feature, a security administrator creates one master policy that is then replicated across all customers automatically – significantly reducing time and ensuring uniform security. The global policy feature eliminates the need to manually change each individual policy when implementing global changes. With increased management server density, Provider-1 2000 manages up to 200 customers on a single management server.
