Aladdin To Integrate eSafe Gateway Security Solution with Check Point VPN-1/FireWall-1 Next Generation

CHICAGO, May 23, 2000 - Aladdin Knowledge Systems (NASDAQ: ALDN), a global leader in the field of Internet content and software security, today announced it plans to integrate eSafe Gatway with Check Point™ Software Technologies' (NASDAQ:CHKP) upcoming VPN-1™/FireWall-1® Next Generation (NG) security solutions via the new Open Platform for Security (OPSEC) interfaces.

The new integration will offer advanced features including the ability to monitor the status of the eSafe Gateway server from the new Check Point NG Status Viewer, as well as much tighter management capabilities through the new OPSEC interfaces.
