Conference Highlights Next Generation Internet Security Solutions PARIS, May 23, 2001 - Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, today announced that its Internet security user and technical conference, the Check Point Experience, has drawn record crowds, with nearly 1,300 attendees. The four day conference is currently being held in Paris, France. The Check Point Experience provides customers and partners with in-depth technology and market information via presentations, technical and business-focused tracks, and product demonstrations. The conference features "real world" Internet security presentations from approximately 20 customers and partners, as well as keynotes from Richard Power, author of The Tangled Web; Chuck Jones, analyst at Salomon Smith Barney; and Check Point executives. At the conference, Check Point unveiled its ground-breaking VPN infrastructure - a key element of Check Point Next Generation (please see today's other press release "VPNs to Become Mainstream with Check Point Next Generation VPN").
