Check Point Software to Hold Investor Day

Company Executives Outline Business Strategy and Vision for Internet Security to More Than 200 Investors and Financial Analysts

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. Jan. 30, 2002 -- Check Point Software Technologies, (NASDAQ: CHKP), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, will outline its business strategy and market vision to an influential group of more than 200 investors and leading financial analysts expected to attend its Investor's Day conference on January 31, 2002.
