StillSecure™ Border Guard Integrates with Industry's Most Recognized Security Framework

SUPERIOR, Colo. - July 22, 2002 - Latis Networks, Inc., today announced that it has achieved OPSEC™ (Open Platform for Security) certification for its StillSecure Border Guard solution, from Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. Through OPSEC integration, Border Guard seamlessly integrates with Check Point's VPN-1®/FireWall-1® Next Generation software, providing customers with the ability to dynamically repel malicious intrusions before irreparable damage can be done. OPSEC integration enables Border Guard to detect and automatically block harmful network attacks at the firewall.

StillSecure Border Guard is the first product in a series of affordable, comprehensive network security solutions for mid-size companies. Featuring Latis' Dynamic Attack Suppression™ technology, Border Guard blocks malicious traffic in real-time. Border Guard is managed through the web-based StillSecure Console, an easy to use management application for the entire StillSecure suite of security software.
