Results from the 2003 CRN Certification Study highlight the fact that certified personnel are highly valued in the industry and have a significant impact on profits and revenue. The study, which calculated ROI by dividing the estimated annual revenue generated by a certified employee by the total annual cost of that employee, ranked Check Point CCSA first among small solutions providers with a 98% ROI.
