3, 2004 - Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ:

its Chairman and CEO, Gil Shwed, will open the NASDAQ stock market
on February 4, 2004, at NASDAQ's MarketSite in New York City. The
Market Open ceremony will take place the day before the company's
Investor Day conference, scheduled for February 5, 2004, also being
held in New York City. Over 100 influential investors and leading
financial analysts are expected to attend the conference. Check
Point executives will share their insight on a range of topics including
Check Point's corporate strategy, product initiatives for 2004 and
beyond, as well as the recent announcement to acquire Zone Labs
Inc. The conference will also feature product demonstrations, as
well as presentations from Check Point customers.
