Check Point Establishes Dedicated European Technical Assistance Center

Available to European Certified Support Partners and customers during their prime time hours, Check Point Technical Services is well-equipped to meet the needs of its European partners and customers for world-class security. With hundreds of engineers in all of its Technical Assistance Centers, Check Point quickly responds to all business-critical questions -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Check Point Technical Services provides flexibility that allows partners and customers to select the right support options, including a combination of the following:

  • Direct access to experts is provided through multi-language telephone, Web and e-mail support.

  • A commitment to response times ensures that issues will be assigned to an agent within a specified time frame based on severity of the issue.

  • Regular updates provide critical information, such as service packs, updates available for download, and the latest security alerts.

  • Account coordinators help oversee and coordinate customer support needs.

  • SecureKnowledge(SM), a self-service, on-line database of technical information, enables partners and customers to independently diagnose and solve installation, configuration, and upgrade problems.
