Check Point Completes Acquisition of NFR Security

Check Point® Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, today announced the company has completed the acquisition of NFR Security, a leader in real-time threat prevention and creator of award-winning intrusion prevention (IPS) technologies.
