Association of Support Professionals (ASP) names Check Point to list of Best Support Sites for 2008

The Association of Support Professionals is an international membership organization for customer support professionals. The latest list is the association’s 11th annual “Ten Best” awards, which judges sites on best practices in Web support. Winners of the accolade are selected by a rigorous review process, which consists of 25 different performance metrics, including: usability, design, knowledgebase implementation, interactive features, use of technology, customer experience, overall strategy, and others.
