Check Point Software and Netegrity, Inc. Form Security Alliance

NeTegrity, Inc. (Nasdaq:NETE, Boston Stock Exchange:NTY) (formerly The Software Developer's Company, Inc.) announced today it has formed an alliance with Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. (Nasdaq:CHKPF), further expanding its two-year relationship with Check Point by providing security and integration services built around Check Point's leading FireWall-1 software.

NeTegrity, through its subsidiary formerly known as Internet Security Corporation (ISC), helped to grow the North American installed base for Check Point's FireWall-1 network security product. ISC became the first authorized national distributor for FireWall-1, and NeTegrity today is the leading U.S. value-added reseller of Check Point's firewall products. The formation of the alliance is based on the recognition by both companies that large, national and international organizations have increasingly complex security needs that require comprehensive solutions.

In addition to installation and customer support for FireWall-1, NeTegrity will provide Check Point customers with enterprise-wide security policy development, security program planning and design, implementation, and ongoing training and support. NeTegrity will also perform comprehensive security audits and vulnerability analyses on a national and international scale.
