Strategic Partnership Provides Comprehensive Security to Corporations Deploying Internet and Intranet Solutions

Atlanta, GA (January 28, 1997) - SecureIT, Inc., a leading internet security services provider, announced today a reseller agreement with Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKPF) to resell its Check Point^TM FireWall-1^TM network security solution.

As a result of this agreement, SecureIT, Inc. will resell, support and deploy Check Point FireWall-1 to deliver powerful comprehensive security for corporations deploying Internet and intranet solutions. Check Point Software and SecureIT will also participate in cooperative marketing and sales activities, including lead generation and seminars. SecureIT provides a complete range of security services including, security policy, audit, penetration testing and offers training for installing and implementing Check Point FireWall-1.
