Extends Vulnerability Assessment Capabilities to Check Point

a leading provider of security management solutions, announced
today its partnership in Check Point Software Technologies
Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP) OPSECT (Open Platform for Security) Alliance.
BindView also announced that it is one of the first vendors
to join the new OPSEC Security Assessment Initiative, providing
customers with assurance that best-of-breed security assessment
tools and services are certified to integrate with the industry-leading
OPSEC framework. As a partner in this program, BindView will
extend its vulnerability assessment solutions to integrate
with Check Point's market-leading VPN-1/FireWall-1 solutions.

a rigorous certification process, ensuring the interoperability
of industry-leading security assessment tools and services
with Check Point's Secure Virtual Network (SVN) architecture.
