RLX ServerBlade Platform Receives "Secured by Check Point" Certification

HOUSTON, TX, June 10, 2002 - RLX Technologies™, Inc., the leader in blade server and management solutions, today announced that Check Point™ Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP) has awarded the RLX ServerBlade platform "Secured by Check Point" certification. This certification comes after rigorous testing of the RLX ServerBlade Platform running Check Point's market-leading VPN-1®/FireWall-1® Next Generation software. The RLX ServerBlade platform is capable of supporting up to 22 RLX ServerBlades delivering VPN-1/FireWall-1 from a single, high-availability chassis at over 4 Gbps in aggregate.

RLX pioneered the blade server creating a revolutionary architecture and form factor that enables 24 blade servers to be housed in a 3U chassis and 6 in a 1U chassis, yielding a maximum of 336 servers in a standard 42U rack. RLX ServerBlade platforms can be used to deploy security to multiple customer networks or multiple sites for an individual customer from a single chassis.
