Pointsec signs contract with global consultancy company

Stockholm, SWEDEN - February 15, 2006 – Pointsec Mobile Technologies, the global leader and the provider of the de facto standard for enterprise security software for laptop and desktop PCs, PDAs and smartphones, today announced a contract with a global consultancy company. Pointsec will provide the organization with its Pointsec endpoint security solution for internal use. In total, the order is worth SEK 14.1 M, of which SEK 11.8 M will be recognised as revenue during the first quarter of 2006.

Pointsec's mobile device encryption software ensures that all or selected parts of a mobile device's data can be encrypted in real time and can only be accessed by an authenticated user. Pointsec has become the most widely deployed data protection solution because it offers:
