What are the candidate prerequisites for the CCMA certification?
Five years Check Point product experience and eight years IT experience (recommended), CCSA, CCSE, and CCSE Plus.
Is there a training course or courseware for this certificate?
No, but there is a study guide to help you prepare for both the written and practical exams.
I live in the UK. Is there a location near me where I can take the lab exam?
Currently the only lab-exam location is at Check Point’s World Wide Support Center in Irving, Texas. More testing locations may be added at a later date.
I would like to take the lab exam first and the written exam later. Is this possible?
No, you must first pass the written exam before you can register for the lab exam.
What is the passing score on the exams?
The passing score on both the written and practical exams is 80%.
