I just passed my exams. When can I expect to receive my certificate?

Once we receive your exam results we'll update your User Center account with your new credentials. We update new credentials to your User Center account twice every month, giving you immediate access to your online benefits such as Advanced Access to SecureKnowledge, the CPO Website, and more. Your certification welcome kit will be processed at the same time and should arrive through regular international mail within 6 to 8 weeks.

How do I access my benefits?

Create a User Center account with the same e-mail address you used with VUE to get access to your benefits, including the CPO Website and Advanced Access to SecureKnowledge.

Go to User Center and create your account now!

How do I find the Certified Professionals Only site?

Log in to User Center with your account and go to "My Profile" ... "Certifications" and look for "Access Benefits" Profile. This link goes directly to the Certified Professionals Only Website.

Do I have access to Check Point online technical support?

Yes. As a Certified Professional you have Advanced Access to SecureKnowledge, our online technical knowledge database with thousands of solutions, how to articles, and troubleshooting tips to solve your most difficult issues.

Are there logos associated with Check Point certifications?

Yes. As a certified professional you have usage rights to the logo for your certification level. Logos for each Check Point certification are downloadable from the CPO Website.
