New service requests tool—Now available in Check Point User Center!
The Check Point User Center offers its customers a newly designed user interface (UI) for the creation and review of service requests (SRs).
This new UI is intended to make the SR creation process more efficient and effective and result in an overall reduction in the time required to resolve a customer's SR.
To view/update your service requests via the new tool in the User Center, go to: "Support" tab > "My Service Requests" Sub Tab.
To create a service requests via the new tool, in the User Center go to "Support" tab > "Create Service Request" Sub Tab.
