Enabling/Disabling Firewall Rule Logging

You can enable or disable logging for a firewall rule, by using the information in Adding and Editing Firewall Rules, or by using the following shortcut.

To enable/disable logging for a firewall rule

1. Click Security in the main menu, and click the Rules tab.

   The Rules page appears.

2. Next to the desired rule, in the Log column, do one of the following:
   • To enable logging, click .

     The button changes to and logging is enabled for the rule.

   • To disable logging, click .

     The button changes to and logging is disabled for the rule.
