Who is Vulnerable? PolarBearCms
Vulnerability Description An arbitrary file upload vulnerability has been reported in PolarBearCms PHP file loading.
Vulnerability DetailsA file corruption vulnerability has been reported in PolarBearCms. The Vulnerability is due to a code execution while parsing an uploaded file. A remote attacker can exploit this weakness by uploading a malicious file using the vulnerable program. Successful exploitation could allow arbitrary files to be uploaded to the server.

In order for the protection to be activated, update your product to the latest update. For information on how to update , go to SBP-2006-05, Protection tab and select the version of your choice.

  1. In the IPS tab, click Protections and find the PolarBearCms upload.php Arbitrary File Upload protection using the Search tool and Edit the protection's settings.
  2. Install policy on all modules.
