Who is Vulnerable? Google Chrome prior to 30.0.1599.66
Vulnerability Description A use after free vulnerability has been reported in Google Chrome.
Vulnerability DetailsThe vulnerability is due to memory corruption while handling readystatechange and DOMContentLoaded events in a web page. A remote attacker could exploit these vulnerabilities by enticing a user to open a malicious web page.

In order for the protection to be activated, update your product to the latest update. For information on how to update , go to SBP-2006-05, Protection tab and select the version of your choice.

  1. In the IPS tab, click Protections and find the Google Chrome NotifyInstanceWasDeleted Use After Free protection using the Search tool and Edit the protection's settings.
  2. Install policy on all modules.
