Who is Vulnerable? | |
Vulnerability Description | A heap buffer overflow vulnerability has been reported in Apple QuickTime. The vulnerability is due to improper validation of parameters lengths. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by enticing a victim to open a specially crafted QuickTime Text file with an affected version of QuickTime. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code in the security context of the logged-on user. |
