Who is Vulnerable?
Vulnerability Description An authentication bypass vulnerability has been reported in 427BB Fourtwosevenbb. A remote attacker could trigger this vulnerability by using a valid username and usertype and setting the authenticated cookie. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability would allow remote attackers to gain unauthorized access into the affected system.

In order for the protection to be activated, update your product to the latest update. For information on how to update , go to SBP-2006-05, Protection tab and select the version of your choice.

Security Gateway R75 / R71 / R70

  1. On the IPS tab, click Protections, find the protection using the search tool and edit the protection's settings.
  2. Install policy on all modules.

On SmartView Tracker:

  1. Click on IPS Blade > All.
  2. Filter the logs by the Protection name
