|Who is Vulnerable?|
|Vulnerability Description||A common method for Phishing, used in malspam campaigns, is the use of hyperlinks inside such a seemingly valid entity, in order to direct the victim into a designated website controlled by the attacker or in order to make the user download malware such as Hancitor/Pony.|
This protection detects attempts to exploit this vulnerability.
In order for the protection to be activated, update your Security Gateway product to the latest IPS update. For information on how to update IPS, go to SBP-2006-05, click on Protection tab and select the version of your choice.
