|Who is Vulnerable?|
|Vulnerability Description||A command injection vulnerability exists in a PHPThumb phpThumb fltr parameter. A remote, authenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted requests to phpThumb web page. Successful exploitation will result in arbitrary command execution.|
