Procedura di Escalation di Check Point TAC Support

Qualora fosse necessario eseguire l'escalation di una richiesta di assistenza, per qualsiasi motivo, procedi come segue.

Escalation al manager

L'escalation al manager può essere eseguita tramite e-mail

Individua il recapito del diretto responsabile nella firma del tecnico dell'assistenza.

L'escalation al manager può essere eseguita anche nel Centro utenti.

1. Accedi al Centro utenti
2. Nella barra di navigazione, seleziona "Supporto"/"Guida"/"Visualizza richieste di assistenza"
3. Apri la richiesta di assistenza e fare clic su "Richiedi escalation al manager", nell'angolo in alto a destra.

Email – Fill out the Online Escalation Form Upon escalation, the Customer Support Senior Management will receive the email. The Manager on Duty will assume responsibility, lead the communication with the customer, and define the next steps/action plan in order to expedite resolution. For Severity-1 incidents, an internal protocol will be triggered with visibility to TAC senior management, until resolution or mitigation of the incident.
