Raise a ticket to Sales Services support from https://help.checkpoint.com/s/createrecord/New_SAS_Case, must be logged in to PMAP before.

Can also be reached from Support > Ordering Query (Sales Services Support Team)

Checkpoint users:

Open a new case through Salesforce > in cases object and click new case (or through Opportunity cases) > fill in the necessary information and submit.
