Partner Advocacy Service

Overview The Check Point Partner Advocacy Service provides partners

access to a team of headquarters-level experts focused on

improving system’s stability and performance. Partners in the

service interact with Partner Advocacy Managers, who are senior

members of Check Point’s technical organization. They have direct

access to executive management and all company technical and

business functions.

How the Program Works Check Point Partners can purchase an Advocacy Service SKU,

This provides them a designated senior Advocacy Manager for 12

months to assist with the following tasks: (Low level SoW will be discussed agreed & provided)

• Proactively engage on a regular basis with the partner and

work closely with the assigned Check Point account team to

coordinate efforts and resources

• Assist with planning and orchestrating major upgrades,

refresh projects, and new deployments

• Monitor key escalation (SRs) as soon as they are opened and

work closely and in full coordination with technical

resources to resolve the issue as quickly as possible,

minimizing downtime or negative impact to the customer

• Promote new technologies and solutions through on-site and

remote meetings

Accelerated Project Progress Helping to promote key projects, investigations, and business requirements, aligning Check Point with partner’s main goals. Quarterly Business Review Ongoing reviews with Partners to assess operational challenges, security posture and implement proactive improvements. Training & Enablement Custom Partner training sessions, including workshops on security best practices, and Check Point’s evolving Cybersecurity landscape.
