Professional Services Harmony Total Jumpstart Program The Harmony Total Jumpstart service is meant to assist with designing, deploying, validating and support- ing your ‘Go Live’ of all Harmony products: Endpoint, Browse, Mobile, Email & Office, Connect Internet and Connect Corporate.
The Service: Harmony Email Office Jumpstart includes the following activities: • Harmony Endpoint: One (1) instance and twenty (20) users
• Harmony Browse: One (1) instance and one hundred (100) users
• Harmony Mobile: One (1) instance and twenty (20) users
• Harmony Email and Office: One (1) instance and one hundred (100) users
• Harmony Connect Corporate Access: One (1) instance, fifty (50) users and ten (10) applications
• Harmony Connect Internet Access: One (1) instance, fifty (50) users and five (5) Branch offices/sites
Out of Scope: • Policy conversion/migration from other third-party vendors to Check Point.
• Training material and delivery.
• Post ‘Go Live’ review or optimization.
• Uninstallation of any third-party vendor solutions from end-user or server machines.
• Configuration of Full Disk Encryption and/or BitLocker Management blade.
• Establishing custom mail flow rules to support third party phishing/malware engine detection to work in conjunction with the Check Point Harmony Email solution.
• Direct configuration of any third-party vendor systems to establish Branch Office connection.
• Adjusting application to better support HC CA infrastructure.
