Support Synchronization Fee (Sync Fee) Policy

Check Point Support programs and plans ensure you have immediate access to critical resources when you need them.

Sync Fee applies to products with a gap between the support expiry date and the support renewal date (late renewals) greater than 45 days.

Sync Fee is calculated at a fixed rate of 20% of the price of the uncovered support period.

We strongly recommend that you renew support contracts on time. Timely renewals do not incur Sync Fees.
