Products can be procured from Siemens IT Solutions and Services GmbH & Co. OHG. In addition, 4Your Safety comes with a 2-year service and support guarantee providing telephone call center support, replacement hardware and operating system support. This Service is included in the appliance price for the first 24 months.

The appliance is recommended for managing enterprise business environments and for Provider-1 usage. The offering allows one-stop hardware and software service.
