Nadav Zafrir

Previously, Mr. Zafrir was co-founder and managing partner at Team8, a company-building venture group focused on cyber security, data & AI, fintech, and digital health. In this capacity, Nadav and his partners built and invested in over 40 companies, and he chaired over a dozen cyber security companies. Prior to Team8, Mr. Zafrir established the Israel Defense Forces’ Cyber Command and served as Commander of the elite Unit 8200, retiring as a Brigadier General. He previously served on the Board of Directors in SolarEdge Technologies, a Nasdaq traded smart energy company, following five years as Chairperson of the Board.

Roei Golan

Roei Golan, directeur financier, supervise les opérations financières de Check Point, notamment la comptabilité, l'analyse commerciale, les relations avec les investisseurs, le droit, la fiscalité et la trésorerie.

Jonathan Zanger

Jonathan Zanger, Chief Technology Officer, leads Check Point’s strategy and initiatives across artificial intelligence and broader technological innovation. With a deep technical foundation and a track record of scaling advanced technologies, he plays a central role in shaping the future of AI-powered cyber security and driving forward-thinking solutions across the organization.

Prior to Check Point, Mr. Zanger was CTO at Trigo, where he built and scaled a cutting-edge AI and computer vision platform that powers frictionless checkout experiences and loss prevention solutions for retailers. Earlier in his career, he led R&D operations for Israel’s elite Unit 8200, overseeing mission-critical cyber security programs with national strategic impact. Mr. Zanger holds dual master’s degrees — an MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and an MBA — from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a BS in Computer Science and Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Nataly Kremer

Directrice produit et responsable R&D

Nataly Kremer, directrice des produits et responsable de la recherche et du développement, supervise toutes les unités produits et technologiques. Adam Ely

General Manager, AI Security

Adam Ely is General Manager of AI Agent Security at Check Point, where he leads the AI Security team. Prior to this role, Mr. Ely served as CISO at Fidelity Investments before going on to lead Fidelity’s Digital group including the AI product & COE groups. He has also held roles including Deputy CISO and CISO eCommerce at Walmart, co-founded Bluebox Security, acquired in 2016, and held similar roles at Salesforce and The Walt Disney Company. In addition to these roles, Mr. Ely served on the Board of Directors of fintech Akoya and previously taught Enterprise Risk Management at Columbia University.

Gil Friedrich

General Manager, Workspace Security

Gil Friedrich brings more than 20 years of experience to Check Point. Gil leads the Workspace Security Business Unit, protecting employees from advanced AI-powered threats and spearheading self-driving security to make workspace security tools fully autonomous.

Yochai Corem

General Manager, Exposure Management

Yochai Corem leads the Exposure Management organization— a practice built from the acquisitions of Cyberint, Veriti, and Cyclopes. He joined Check Point through the acquisition of Cyberint where he served as CEO. Yochai has over 20 years of experience spanning sales, product management, marketing, and business development across the cybersecurity industry. Prior to Check Point, Yochai held senior leadership roles at CYE, Cyberbit, 3i-MIND, and Verint. He holds multiple registered cybersecurity patents applied in commercial products and is a recognized voice in Israeli cybersecurity innovation. Yochai is a former officer in the Israeli Intelligence Unit 8200, holds an MBA from Reichman University (IDC) and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Cum Laude, from Tel Aviv University.

Sherif Seddik

Sherif Seddik, Chief Revenue Officer, is responsible for leading Check Point’s worldwide Go To Market organization. He joined Check Point in May 2023 as President EMEA, was promoted to President of International Sales in 2024, and advanced into his current role in 2026.

With more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Sherif brings a strong track record of driving growth at scale. He has held senior leadership roles at Citrix, Microsoft, and NCR, spanning sales, go‑to‑market strategy, and regional management, and has lived and worked in eight countries, giving him deep insight into global markets and the ability to lead diverse, high‑performing teams across regions.

Sherif works closely with customers to help strengthen their security posture while navigating business transformation and evolving cyber threats. He partners with sales teams to align go‑to‑market strategies with customer outcomes and collaborates with partners to expand their offerings and adapt to changes in cloud and enterprise security.

Sherif holds a B.Sc. in Communications and Electronics Engineering.

Rachel Roberts is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of scaling global organizations and driving customer-centric growth. As President of Americas Sales, she oversees the region’s go-to-market strategy, customer engagements, and business operations.

Avi Rembaum

Avi Rembaum

President, Technical Sales

Avi Rembaum is the President of Technical Sales at Check Point Software Technologies. Avi joined Check Point in 2006 and has helped lead multiple innovative initiatives, including launching new services, transitioning the company’s network security gateway business to appliance-based solutions, and creating enterprise license agreement programs. Avi works daily with the company’s engineering, sales, marketing, support organizations as well as executive management.

With 25 years of experience in information security, Avi has a unique understanding of trends affecting the global Cybersecurity market. He works with customers to transform their Cybersecurity programs to address both technology transformation and evolving Cyber threats. Avi supports partner efforts to expand their service offerings and adjust to the impact of cloud on traditional enterprise software sales. He also works with sales teams to align their go-to-market efforts to customer business and security goals.

Sharon Schusheim

Sharon Schusheim, Chief Customer Officer, joined Check Point in 2006. During his time here he has also served as VP Sales Operations and VP Technical Services. Prior to joining Check Point, Mr. Schusheim served as Corporate VP at Paradigm Geophysical, the largest independent developer of software-enabled solutions to the global oil and gas exploration and production industry. Before that. he worked at Scitex Corporation.

Sigal Gillmore

Sigal Gillmore, Chief Human Resources Officer, oversees Check Point’s global human resources management and operations, with a focus on attracting and retaining talent around the world.

Ms. Gillmore brings over 25 years of global experience in HR strategy, operations, and leadership. Before joining Check Point, she served as the Chief People Officer at Similarweb, where she helped lead the company through its IPO and global expansion. She was previously EVP of HR at NICE and prior to that she led global Talent Acquisition for Microsoft. Ms. Gilmore is recognized for her expertise in driving organizational transformation in complex global environments and holds a BSc in Psychology and Political Science from Bar-Ilan University and an MSc in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University.

Prior to joining Check Point, Mr. Karo led Risk and Strategy at Fireblocks. Previously, he served for over 25 years in the Israeli Defense Forces, holding various senior leadership and managerial positions in strategy, intelligence, and cyber.
Mr. Karo holds a B.Sc. Computer Science and Economy and an MBA from Reichman University.

Ariel Pisetzky

Prior to Check Point, Mr. Pisetzky led IT for high-growth, publicly traded companies, where he was responsible for large-scale, internet-facing SaaS and mission-critical enterprise infrastructure. He is known for his ability to simplify complex IT challenges and align them with tangible business outcomes, ensuring technology serves as a primary engine for agility rather than a bottleneck.

Beyond the data center and the boardroom, Mr. Pisetzky is a passionate technologist who finds inspiration in books, podcasts, and the collective wisdom of fellow IT practitioners. He believes that the most effective IT strategies are built on a foundation of continuous learning, genuine curiosity, and a collaborative spirit. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Mercy University.

Alex Spokoiny

Alex Spokoiny

Chief Security & Trust Officer

Alex Spokoiny, Chief Security and Trust Officer, is responsible for Check Point’s cyber security and for bringing what that uniquely demanding practice teaches to the security leaders the company serves worldwide.

Mr. Spokoiny previously served as Check Point’s Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Systems, leading the company’s global IT services across business applications, datacenters, cloud, security, and IT business continuity. He joined Check Point in 2008.

Gil Messing is Chief of Staff at Check Point. He joined the company in 2018 and oversees strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across the leadership team, streamlining decision-making and driving the company’s most critical growth objectives. He previously led external relations for Strauss Group and served as chief advisor to Israel’s Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs. A former King’s College research fellow (ICSR), Mr. Messing holds an MA in Law and a BA in Government with high honors in Israel’s leading universities.
